Information we collect
- Enquiries and referrals: the name, organisation, contact details and summary you provide through our website, by phone or by email.
- People we support: where a referral goes ahead, information needed to assess and deliver support, which may include health and social care information (special category data).
- Job applicants and staff: information needed for safer recruitment, including references and DBS checks.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to enquiries and referrals: our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering into an arrangement.
- To assess and provide support: performance of a contract or public task (where commissioned by a public body), and, for health information, the provision of health or social care (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h)).
- To keep people safe: legal obligations, including safeguarding duties.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it: commissioning local authorities and NHS teams involved in a person's care, other professionals with a legitimate role, and service providers who help us run the business (such as email and website hosting), under appropriate agreements. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't proceed are deleted within 12 months. Support records are kept in line with recognised retention schedules for social care records, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict how we use it. Contact us at the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The referral form is processed by FormSubmit, which emails the details to us.
